These are some great pots, not too heavy but very sturdy. It comes with a nice sized straining basket.

The size is great for small seafood boils. Being from Louisiana, it's practically criminal not to have one. I wish the bottom was thicker to curb a bit of the direct heat for the stews. Seems like solidly built pot. Value seems ok for what you get.

Very large and well made. Perfect for crab boils or turkey frying. Easy to clean, but it's not a very thick pot so be careful with extended heating.

I’ve wanted a very large pot for a while and seemed like a good option with a two pot set.The pots are aluminum so they are light weight. You wouldn’t want to use them for anything but boiling water type uses since it’s aluminum. The quality is like other aluminum pots.I got it for sous vide, beer making, and seafood boils.I think the price at around $40 is a good deal for what you get.

I returned this the minute I took it out of the box, the seam on the bottom of the pot literally cut my finger! It was not fused properly and probably would have leaked anything in the pot! This metal is VERY thin you'd need to be extremely careful using it. There is a notice in the bottom of the pot that direct flame without water will easily melt the pot...

Perfect sized pot for learning how to boil seafood. Where I live, everyone boils seafood. But learning how to boil and measure ingredients is an art. This is a great pot to learn on before you move on to the big boy pot. The walls of the pot are thick and there’s a line already measured on the pot to fill water to so you don’t make a mess of boil when it gets rolling. Good boil pot!
