Perfect fit for my 2005 Volvo S60 R. Seems to be high quality parts(I'm not thoroughly pleased with the "made in China" stamp on the water pump), we'll see how they hold up!

So far so Good, not sure how well the belt will hold up compared to the factory belt that went 122k plus before it started to crack.

Everything was great till you open the water pump. This one was noticeably less quality than the Volvo OEM. Volvo had stainless steel impeller, the one in this kit had a plain galvanized. Everything fits great, the belt, idler and tensioner were as good as if not the same manufacturer as the OEM.Note: You need to use the new water pump hardware furnished as the casting is slightly thicker and the stock bolts do not have adequate thread length. The bolts, while they looked nice and shiny, were not as good a quality as the stock ones.

This kit was an exact fit and seems well made. Happy withy the purchase. Installed on a 2006 XC90 2.5T at 125000KM.
