I purchased this handle to replace the existing handle. When it arrived I tried to install it, and it was 1/8 to long and the arch on the bend of the handle did not match the door. Very poor design. I’m very disappointed in this product. I always liked GE but I’m starting to reconsider my opinion. The old saying goes, if you get a good product or service only 10 people may know about it, but, when you get a bad product or service 100 people will know about it.

I got this handle to replace the one that broke. I went into the manufacturer website and ordered the same part number.Unfortunately this item came really well packed but with previous blemishes and dings.Very surprised at the quality and the control the handle went through to be sold as a new item.
