These are the filters we use for our water filter in the house. We've been having to change is every couple weeks since we moved in to clean up the water and it's great to have a subscription. Having them show up on time is great and they work wonders and filtering the water

These are working so well for our well water. We have to change them every month but only because we had a new well put in. I’d much rather replace these each month than the twenty dollar filters we were buying. Works great for what we need!!!

The price for a couple of foam filters is pretty high, and they dirty up quick. They work pretty well, and quickly reduced the iron in my water, they just seem pretty expensive for what you get.

We have well water at home. Without a particulate filter some dirt inevitably gets pumped out of the ground. The local big box stores sell these two-packs for about the same price but often don't have them in stock. If I order them for store delivery, it takes longer than just having these delivered right to my home via my Amazon Prime membership.Rather than going by GE's recommendation to replace the filter every three months, i just wait until the filter is clogged enough to affect our water flow, then I change it. Having this filter on our main water line keeps particles greater than thirty microns (less than half the diameter of a human hair) out of our water. That helps protect our toilet valves and ensures that we're not drinking or cooking with water that has sediment.
