This microwave gets a lot of use and it has held up to 8 grandchildren using it, and they aren't exactly gentle with machinery.I would definitely recommend the fingerprint resistant model over the non fingerprint resistant.

When the they ship these, they need to put fragile on the box. The corner was bent on the microwave. I would have returned it for a new one but I was having house guest and needed it. It’s a great product but the carrier needs to be more careful!

I placed a service call with G.E as the brand new microwave started making grinding noice within 10 days from the date of arrival in our house. Very disappointed. There may be a problem with the turntable motor. G.E.Service Technician will be coming to evaluate the problem on February 6, 2025.

On the positive side, I ordered it, was told it would be five days until delivery but there it was on my front porch the next morning. That was impressive. And the overall measurements were as advertised so it fit nicely in my cabinet space.On the negative side, it had several dents on it. The ones I saw initially were in spots that would be hidden by my cabinets once it was installed. But I needed to pound them out or I would not have been able to install it flush to the cabinets. Only after installing it did I see a smaller dent in the upper right side of the front. It was not big enough for me to uninstall it and return it so I'll live with it.Another issue: the installation template for the rear support was flat-out wrong. It didn't fit the support bar - was probably designed to go with a previous model. Thankfully, I never trust those templates and used my own measurements. But had I drilled holes based on the template, I would have been screwed - particularly for the toggle bolt holes which are large.The machine itself is fine now that it is in and operating.
