5 years ago we updated our kitchen. Loved the microwave upscale look and size. Heated fast no issues. After 5 years the microwave went out due to per the reviews need to cancel time before opening the microwave. Repurchased same microwave due to space accommodation. Even though this same profile over the counter microwave was a bit smaller and cheaper looking. The light only has 1 bulb where the first model had 2 lights. Not as nice as first microwave. Ease to use

Great product so far. Great upgrade from a 15year old GE microwave. The only thing that I dislike is that you have to press the buttons a bit harder than usual to get it to beep. Other than that it works great. I recommend the brand. They last quite a while.

Compact, I hung it over my stove. Really like the profile with no handle sticking out, very slick!

This is the second GE microwave I’ve had to replace. I purchased an identical model, but it wasn’t. It wouldn’t mount on the old bracket resulting in a lot of additional work. They are incredibly unreliable based on my small sample.

I purchase it to replace a damage one I had before and so far is working seamlessly!!Is dificult to judge a Microwave, they all do more or less the same, but the display, keyboard and Chef-Connect feature make this one look and work perfect for me.

Unit was installed Oct,20. Lasted 31/2 yrs. Control panel went dead. Replaced blown fuse inside the cabinet. Quite a job!! The fuse lasted 3 uses, then blew again. Internal parts very expensive. Had to give up and buy a new unit. FYI

Mine has approx. 4 or 5-ish total use hrs, and it has developed a slightly alarming start-up noise, (that quickly ceases) and the controls need to be touched quite deliberately. There are many 'bell 'n whistle' type controls, which I found fairly useless ( Like **** on a *** ) but it does exactly what I require of a nukerawave oven; put some heat to my Beany Weinys, & gimme no grief!
