While there could have been other causes of my F350 error code, the most likely was the fan. Fan is located on the top rear of the oven so complete removal is required. After sliding the oven out of the wall and removing about 40 screws you will find the fan. Simple replacement once you get to it. GE part not an aftermarket.

This exactly matches up with the failed blower. I followed some online videos to determine how to remove the oven and replace the blower. It's been in place for about a month and working great.

Product arrived in a GE box with almost no padding. One piece of bubble wrap that lets the fan flop around in the box. Mine arrived broken. I was able to pull the shroud off the old one to make the new one whole again. Expect yours to arrive broken, it’s almost guaranteed with the terrible packaging. Once repaired, the fan did fit and work.

Ok - this fan worked and it did fix my oven but only after I fixed the fan. Arrived broken inside a box with almost no padding that was placed in bigger box with zero padding. Plastic housing on the fan broken in multiple places. Didn’t want further delay to repair stove so made bracket to hold fan together so I could install in oven.
