Used these leads to check inverter waveforms at 110V and above. Quality seems better than the 1/10x leads that came with my scope. Price was right. Note that there are a bunch of varieties of these leads that vary widely in price--I bought one of the cheap sets that was around $17 I think.

I bought these give to another engineer who kept borrowing my high voltage probes. She likes them. They have the readout feature so her scope automatically sets the divide ratio. The price was much lower than alternative small high voltage probes such as LeCroy probes.
