Well made product with many applications in home and on trail. For an example home use, I grabbed an unruly USB extension cord and tamed it into a tight loop. For an example backpack use, I rolled up rain pants and snugged them up with a fast wrap strap. Who wants to dig in their pack for rain pants when the deluge hits? I like to roll them up and lash them to the outside or top of the pack for fast access. Unlike prior similar straps, which used hook and loop sewn to nylon web or elastic, the entire Gear Aid fast wrap was loop backed, so the strap could be hooked at any point, making it much more versatile. Simple, lightweight and well executed design.

I have my fishing rods in a military style duffel with the top mount and clip strap. With 4 rods, there is enough wiggle room for the bag to slide down a few inches and get hung up on the eyelets. With these straps I am able to tighten the top of the bag once clipped in and keep the bag from sliding down when I prop them up against the truck or wall. All in all these work great for my application. The straps are stiff and the velcro holds very well since the strap goes through the buckle and bends back onto itself.

They're 3/4" wide (closer to 11/16") ,18" long (including the d-ring) Velcro straps, really not much more to say. The Velcro binds well and the d-ring is solidly attached.- Max loop size ~8" (pushing it).- Min loop size ~3.5" (again, pushing it)I use these with my bike racks but they have a million different uses. If the size and price are right, definitely worth considering.

I went mountain biking and the rubber brackets that were holding the Velcro straps in place broke so I went in search of straps long and strong enough to hold my bike in place directly on the bike rack frame since the other straps are too short. These are absolutely PERFECT for this. I got the 18” ones and I’m super happy with them. I would definitely get this brand again for my camping chairs as well.
