This is a very sturdy ratcheting combination wrench. It appears to have 72 teeth which means it will ratchet with only a 5 degree swing of the wrench. It’s VERY well made, as Gear wrench makes quality tools.

Best wrench on the market at a fair price. I lost one of my wrenches from this set and was lucky to find this replacement. Same basic wrench but improved 4 side opening profile. The shape was changed to provide more pressure to the middle surface of each nut. This helps to prevent rounding of nut corners which could make loosening impossible. The corners can get rounded if the nut is really stuck. Always use WD40 and let it soak overnight if really rusted or stuck. THE new standard for all modern open side of wrenches. Makes all my other sets just ok.
