Very happy with the Gecko line of cajons. I am new to this instrument, but I know quality when I see it - and I see it in the two cajons I've now purchased.I LOVE the little gecko above brand name (my favorite lizard)!!This cajon also sounds as good as it looks! It is easily adjusted (watch a YouTube video).I am completely satisfied with my purchase and will look to Gecko first when I start looking for another one...

Even though this was really affordable, the quality and beauty of this box drum is outstanding. It's very sturdy, perfect size, and sounds good too. We are not professional musicians by any means, and I don't know how much better a more expensive drumbox would be, but for our needs and level, this is great.

My 13 year old did a lot of research before purchasing his first Cajon and he LOVES his Gecko Cajon. It’s very well made and has been perfect for him even as a beginner. I bought this for my grandkids and it provides a good addition to their musical family. It did arrive damaged with a corner smashed in. They were excited to start playing so we did not return it.

This is my first cajon purchase, and at this point, I've been playing it for a few weeks now. I love the sound, whether I'm playing the front or sides, and it's so light and portable. The size and weight make it easy to store, and the bag that came with it allows you to wear the cajon or carry it by the straps. As another reviewer mentioned, there aren't instructions on how to tune the cajon with the tuning screw stored inside it, but it sounds pretty good to me as it is. I may tinker with the tuning eventually, but so far I'm really pleased with this cajon and I definitely recommend it.
