This machine is simple enough to learn, but also programmable for people who want more control. I actually ordered a second machine to have one at our business and one at home. One of the machines arrived with a cracked milk tank, and the company sent me a whole new machine. Great value.

Great brew selection, lite airy froth for lattes, have only used with ESE pods so far. This espresso machine produces lattes much better tasting than my MrCoffee One Touch. Time will tell if durable but initial impression is it’s very good.Update after 4 months: Froth is not light and airy, just warm milk. Geek Chef did good and offered replacement or refund. Buy without concern. Geek stands behind their products.

Have used it a couple times since I received it a day ago. Quality seems solid and really like the Americano feature which most units don’t have. Also like the milk froth or attachment, but have not yet figured out the auto clean function. Hoping that works well. Seems like a great unit for the money.

This espresso machine is horrible. If I could give negative stars I would. It worked properly for maybe one day but it’s always had such an awful medal taste. No matter how much I try to clean the machine and flush that taste out it does not go away. Regardless how much coffee you use there are always grains in my coffee. The frother does not work properly. I’ve read the manual and nothing seems to fix the problems. I strongly recommend to not buy this espresso machine even if it is on sale. Waste of money. My old one that was less than $100 worked way better than this one and never disappointed.

So far the product works as designed. All of the features are great. It would be great if I can get an extra frother container so that I don't have to empty the milk every time I want to clean the frothing tube.
