I bought the Gefu food mill a number of years ago and really love it. Recently I wondered if there was a disc for the mill that could be used to make spaetzle, and found this 8mm version. Turns out this was perfect for that use.

I ordered 8mm but received 1mm so I cannot really say if it is good or not. I was planning a meal around this but it is not going to happen. Disappointed.

Can't write one because they sent me the wrong produce. Rec'd 1mm disk and order the 8MM. Sent it back.

Ich hab noch nie so einfach so schöne Spätzle gemacht. Minimaler Kraftaufwand, maximales Ergebnis. Und das Schönste ist: nach dem Kochen nicht noch endlos schrubben müssen. Ab in die Spülmaschine und zack fertig. Ich liebe meine Flotte Lotte seit vielen Jahren aber dieser Einsatz ist ein echter Gewinn.

Attention ce produit n'est pas universel. Il ne s'adapte pas à tous les moulins à légumes.Pour le diamètre ok mais sur le mien la grille tourne car les ergots de blocage ne correspondent pas à mon appareil
