I received the scooter a few months back and of course the weather is nice now so I opened the box and read the manual and you have to activate the scooter in the Geneinno app. I tried to do so but the scooter is locked and therefore won’t activate. I tried emailing Geneinno directly as per the manual but no response. The scooter works just fine when plugged in but once unplugged it is unresponsive. So if your looking for a company that stands behind their product then this is not one of them.
