If someone from Amazon {customer "lack of service"} or the manufacturer would contact me, I would gladly change my rating. I have attempted to contact Amazon to get a replacement, as this item should still be under warranty. I have been trying since January 26th to get someone to respond to me. I purchased this on 2-9-2020

Ok, another Cadillac story, it has been showing "engine power is reduced" for as long as I got the car as a gift. I don't mind to work on it, and for 2 months I learned a lot. I programmed all the modules that I replaced, still, engine power is reduced...So the last two things I was going to do was to change the fuel, then change the accelerator pedal, since I already changed the throttle body, the accelerator pedal was one big thing on the DTC report. My friends thought I was wasting my money, since how the Accelerator pedal can cause that? Well, that part was under water...so...why not? I took my old pedal out, to my surprise it was really easy to get it out, basically just one screw! Then I opened it, it had some corrosion on it, I tried to clean the chip with contact cleaner and wire brushes, didn't work. So I waited till next day this delivered, replaced it. Turn on the car, the "engine power is reduced" message is gone!! I ran GDS and it didn't show any DTC code, so this was a successful fix!
