These analog gauges are hardly ever accurate, but it works for me because when I look over and see it at 170 I know it’s really at 180. Humidity gauge is way off though.

Looks great, would have liked to keep it, however temp is not accurate at higher temperatures. Worked fine in the house at room temp, same reading as home thermostat. When mounted in the sauna at 175 degrees for 30 minutes the displayed temp never got above 125 degrees. Very slow to respond.

I thought the Humidity sensor was in the rear and I wondered if it would work. There are holes on the side to sense humidity. I did not hang it on a wall so I layed it flat on my sinks tile as I showered to see if humidity would rise. It did, from 50% to 70 %. I like the high temp thermometer too .It is getting cold in NY but I can check the car temp in the summer which will be nice when car is in the sun. I have seen it hit 160F in my car, but my former thermometer only went up to 160F now I can see the actual temp. Update I hung this with my calendar on the same hook.

Temp readout is accurate compared to a known standard. Hygrometer readings do seem a bit off. Unknown how much higher it reads.

I use it in the sauna. Humidity needle does not move. Sometimes it will move all the way up, but then stay stuck there. I can tell when it’s humid so I don’t really need to know. Having the temperature is what I really want and for that it works very well

I compared this to two separate digital meat thermometers in my sauna and the temperature was low by 30 degrees at 180 degrees. It is also very slow to rise to the current temperature. I would expect it to be able to not lag far behind the sauna temperature during start up but it took 20 minutes to catch up after the 20 minute sauna warm up. Pretty useless as a sauna thermometer. I returned it.

There’s a model that looks similar and is roughly half the price, but once in the sauna, the heat makes it fall apart.This one is rock solid, and I suspect the price is reasonable because the product is high-quality.

El producto llegó bien, en el tiempo que marcaban, sin embargo al usarlo para medir altas temperaturas ambientales no marca más de 40°C, cuando se supone que llega a mucho más que eso. Lo probé en varias ocasiones, distintas ubicaciones y no pasaba de esa temperatura. No me parece una lectura confiable y optarÃa por otro tipo de termómetros industriales que midan con precisión. La medición de la humedad no la utilicé, asà que no podrÃa opinar sobre ello.

Arrived promptly, attractive, easy to mount, easy to read and works as advertised. The accuracy of the hygrometer is +/- 6% which is rather a large range. If not for the wide accuracy range I’d give it five stars.
