I purchased this product to keep my generator clean and dry. It was very easy to use because it fit so well. It has cinch cords around the bottom to keep from flying off in strong winds, its waterproof and zips open on ends to be able to reach controls. The material seems durable enough not too thin. Great value for the price.

We are storing our generator in the backyard right now as we are working on a new organizational schematic for our garage.The old cover that we had was so badly weathered that we were holding it together with duct tape, and it was still falling apart. I found this one, and the dimensions were a good match, so I decided to give it a try. I'm really happy with my choice. It doesn't cover the wheels, but it covers all the most important parts, and it's more heavy-duty than our old cover.The zipper makes it easy to install, but we won't use this for access as the flap is on the wrong side for our generator, and we won't be using this while it is running, only for storage.The cover is well-made and the zippers are nicely sewn and of good quality. The fabric is heavy duty and repels water. I think this is going to work great for temporarily storing our generator outdoors and then for keeping off the dust when I move it back into the garage.Pro tip: Measure your generator's dimensions to make sure you get the right size. Don't go by the wattage.The retail price at the time of this review is about $17.59 with the 20% off coupon on the product page. This is a great deal for this quality generator cover and the best price on Amazon. If you need a cover for your generator, snap this up while it's such a great deal. My rating: FIVE STARS.

this cover is perfect. it is made of a strong material that will protect the generator from the wind and sun when not in use. the dimensions were spot on and it fit perfect. very happy with it

Worked precisely as expected for my Honda EU3000iS generator. If you told me it was OEM I'd honestly believe you because it's like it was made for it. For durability, thickness, etc, there are definitely thicker covers out there - I think that this will work fine for rain and other elements. Ease of installation was as simple as taking it out of the package and tossing it on the generator. The sides zip up and properly clear the exhaust of my generator too.

Specs where accurate. Looks like a durable material that should last several years outside, and no signs of water penetration so far. I like the functionality, easy to put on and take off. This will save me some space by being able to store my generator outside, behind the garage, instead of in the garage.

I recently acquired a smaller (2500W) generator and needed a cover to provide, at least, protection for dust & dampness in the air.The 24" x 18" x 20" YAFFEY Generator Cover price point seemed attractive to me, although it was somewhat oversized for my particular generator. I would describe the cover as providing minimal or basic protection. The fabric is not particularly thick or rugged appearing to me, however, if one is looking for a lesser expensive cover for a generator that is not going to be moved around very much this should meet your needs.The draw strings (one on either end at the base of the cover) don't work very well, providing little contraction movement. I would say the small amount of drawstring closure would probably work OK, if the generator one is covering is very near to the actual dimensions of the cover.I'm unable to give a higher review to this cover due to a, in my opinion, lack of robustness to the material the cover is made of. I question the durability to withstand tears over time should the user subject the generator cover to frequently relocated situations, such as using it on an often moved camper generator, or having it on while hauling a generator around in the back of a pickup for outdoor usage with power equipment. I recommend this cover for minimal stress storage application.
