Every fitting was perfect. The design requires a very large flare because the inner holes are almost 3/8" so the total flared end of the copper tubing has to be 1/2". On the first try, soapy water showed not a single bubble.

Most screwed onto a flare fitting by hand, had to use a wrench on some of them to get them to thread on. Not extreme pressure, but the threads on some did not seem to work as well as the rest of them. About 4 out of the 10 had this issue.
