worked perfectly when hooking up bidet we found the existing line was a different size. This is well made and easy peasy to hook up. No leaks.

Like many others, I got this because my toilet and tank is one unit and enclosed. I could not use the T connector that comes with Toto Washlet (T1SW3014) from Costco. This thing works! It just needs an o ring for this T connector. When I install this, it started leaking on the 1/2 connector side. There is a super easy fix. Go to hardware store and get an O ring (M3981).O ring size 9/16" x 3/8" x 3/32" (14mm x 9.5mm x 2mm)Wrap the ring onto the Toto hose inlet where there is a gray inner hose with an existing black rubber ring. Put another ring deep into the T connector side on the 1/2 side. and screw it together. You should now solve the leaking problem.

Worked perfectly with my FVZ Bidet Toilet Seat. I wanted to install it as it came out of the floor. This fits perfectly in that location and hooks directly to the Bidet.

The rubber gasket on the female connector ripped on installation, resulting in it leaking. There's a few reviews about that end leaking, it's the cheap gasket. They can do better, how hard is making a better rubber gasket?

If you need a 3/8 x 3/8 x 1/2 fitting, this is a good one, too expensive but good. It works. It doesn't leak.

Perfect for what I needed as the big box stores do not have this. Leaked but easily fixed by adding a washer to the inside of the toto connector

It's very nice to have 3/8" valve options for a washlet without having to change both the supply line and the stop - so 4 stars for that. However, I had leakage on my Toto washlet initially coming from the 1/2" hookup never quite getting tight before running out of thread. So I added a couple rubber O-rings that fit into the washlet hose end to beef it up - and it worked!!

Like many others, I ordered this product because my bidet plumbing kit (7/8" fittings) did not fit my existing toilet (3/8" fittings, also recessed into a skirted toilet body). When I first tried to install this, *all three* connections leaked. Here is how I solved my problems:1. The plastic bidet supply would not seat deep enough into the 1/2" fitting on the tee connector. I purchased four 1/2" (1/16" thick) rubber washers and inserted them into this part, this seemed to create a seal.2. Don't overtighten the 3/8" compression fittings on either end, just go until you hit resistance then do another half-turn or so.Hope this helps someone else with their bidet installation issues.

It has been clearly demonstrated for the dimensions. Well advertised! It did solve my problem.

Exactly as described, high quality, expensive but worth the price, does exactly as it says, 3/8 female x 1/2 for bidet hose x 3/8 male to the toilet, perfect!

So I have a TOTO toilet that didn’t have space nor was it easily accessible for a normal bidet kit T valve. This worked perfectly on the water IN line point.Make sure you need to 1/2 out to a 3/8 joint... to avoid any hassle and use plumbing wax tape on the screw ridges

Considering that I paid 37 CAD for the whole bidet setup and then 29 CAD for this T-connector, calling this product overpriced will be an understatement. But having said that I could not deny that this was the only place in the whole internet where I was able to get this specific connector. So, in the end, I guess the monopoly is justified.Anyways, It worked. Thanks.
