Have been a pretty litter fan for yrs I tried this in a pinch and don’t think I’ll ever go back! It dawned on me that after I removed my cats poop it did not sludge much or smell at all! It’s been just about 2 weeks! I’m shocked! I’m not a clump litter person so if u are might not be for you. I typically use pretty litter and week and half to 2 weeks dump and wash out and start over. U don’t need much litter either as it doesn’t clump. But it blows pretty litter away also turning color indicating if my cat isn’t doing well! I’m definitely repurchasing!!!!

Works well and is non dusty none clumping. It is easy to scoop and clean the box, even if I don’t get to it for a day.Seems to be a good value compared to some others, as well.

Wow. So we were so sick of regular litter being everywhere; in every room, wherever the cats walked on, in our bed, on our feet,dust on surfaces, etc. We tried the set up that was pellets and pee pads; that was a nightmare itself and expensive for not being that great. Then I saw this and figured we'd give it a try. This stuff is by far the best litter we've used. It is beyond easy to scoop, much less scooping than regular litter. The smell - minor (unless you have a cat that doesnt like covering his poo like me lol). Aside from poo, the pee smell is basically non existant until the litter starts getting old. It holds up pretty well for 2 litter boxes with 3 cats. The cats instantly used it, which with pellets they preferred the old usual litter. This litter does infact have way less dust then usual litter. It is also very easy to dump and clean the litter. Overall I love it.I only give it 4 star because the only concern I have is it does still stick to their paws. It does end up throughout the house, but again way less than usual litter. And I have had to pry a piece of it out of 2 of 3 of my cats eye ducts. Which I do not believe they could remove themselves easily or it may have been painful for them to do. It has only happened twice and I have ordered a new mat that should collect more litter of their paws right out of the litter box.Worth a try though!

Pros:-The graphics on the bag are visually appealing. I like the way it looks and how it's very clear that this is not a typical litter brand. It's a litter that provides a dual purpose, and a very important one.-I love the concept. I think this would be especially appealing to a cat owner whose cat has a history of kidney failure and other related health issues. My childhood cat had renal failure and I wish a litter brand like this existed when we were monitoring and treating his renal failure.-This litter is more effective at controlling the odor of urine compared to my current litter brand. So far, it has lasted longer than my current brand and I have not had to replace it as soon as I would my current brand.-The bag is lightweight, easy to carry, and easy to store - and that's a huge positive.-I like that it's eco-friendly, and I think most consumers can appreciate a company that is eco-conscious.Neutral:-It took my girls a day or two to get acclimated to the texture. They are used to paper pellet litter, which has a different consistency and appearance. They were apprehensive to use the litter at first, but that would be the case if we switched to any other litter with a different consistency/texture.-After my girls got acclimated, one of them actually jumped inside and started playing around in it. This made me laugh.Cons:-This is a minor con, not a big one. I did find that there was more of a litter trail with this litter than my current brand. We currently use pellets, which are larger, so I'm not surprised by this.-I think the price point is a bit high for the average cat owner. I don't know if I would feel the need to buy this litter unless my cat had a history of renal failure/other related health issues.-I found it to be too dusty. When I poured the litter into their box, there was visible dust in the air and that was a bit of a concern. If it would be at all possible to reformulate this litter into bigger pellets, I think that would alleviate the dust issue.

I tried this product for the first time last month. I was a little hesitant at first to use a non-clumping litter, but it was great! I was pleasantly surprised with how well this formula conceals odor. With the non-clumping formula, I thought the smell would just linger around but you couldn't smell a thing! I read comments about the dustiness of this item, but I did not have any major issues with it. At first when I poured it out of the bag it was a little dusty, but after that I didn't notice anything. I have two cats who are generally not happy with change but they adapted to the change of litter pretty quickly. And most importantly, Genius Litter gave me the peace of mind that my fur babies are healthy. I would recommend this litter, and get it again!

Estaba a precio aceptable la 1era vez que lo compre y la segunda vez que quize comprar, subieron el precio al doble y no vale la pena. Ahora uso pellets.

Product can be messy because the crystals stick to the cats’ feets and drop off on the floor but are easily vacuumed up. It’s also a little bit dusty but not bad. The best things about it are it is light weight and there is no smell. Much prefer it to clay litter.

Very similar to another one that is sold that is. “Prettyâ€. Expensive. this is a great replacement. I have two cats three litter boxes and I can go on entire week without cleaning them and it doesn’t smell. I use a lot less of this and I do have regular litter, so don’t let the price making nervous. It is well worth it and way cheaper in the long run.

This litter was the only one that I could have delivered on short notice, so I gave it a chance. I hate this litter so much, my house constantly smelled of urine because you can’t scoop the liquid waste due to the absorbency of the silica litter. My cats tracked this litter around and they seemed uncomfortable with the texture. It’s extremely loud when they walk on it and my cats did not transition well.The only thing this litter was good for was to ward off ground hogs from our yard as it smells so pungent, making it perfect for pest deterrence.
