I got this switch to replace a finnicky switch on my 2015 Tacoma, and a dead one in a 2013 FJ Cruiser. I'm not a mechanically inclined type of woman, but after a quick youtube scan, I was able to install this like a pro. Super easy to swap out and saved me a ton over the rip-off of a dealership to fix! Its a 2 minute swap for a simple, but annoying, problem of a courtesy dome light that doesn't always want to come on when you open the door.

My door wasn't registering it was open anymore on my dash nor would the lights turn on. so i figured it was this guy and for this price it was definitely worth it. Fixed it right away 2017 tacoma trd

Good switch but that was not the problem. The rear glass hatch wasn't closed.
