You know you're an adult when you get excited about a refrigerator gasket lol.Our kitty had a nasty habit of wanting to "check out" the fridge & figured out that if he clawed at the lower part of the door's side gasket that he could pull the door open. This left me with torn gasket & in turn a door that wouldn't close. A wooden stool becoming a fixture in the kitchen protecting the door & holding it shut--- not exactly what one looks for in interior design.Initially I phoned to inquire about a repair... it was $150. Hmmm, this isn't a high end fridge so I decided to live with it. After a while, it started to bug me again and I did some research online. Thanks to the confidence I got from watching YouTube videos, I decided to take a chance. Research to ensure you select the right size and installation is a breeze. The gasket fit great and arrived as seen in the photo in the correct "shape". If this is your size, this is the way to go.

I have a 20 yr plus frigidaire model Frt18kg3dwc that works perfectly. But the fridge door gasket was worn out and cracked. This gasket fit perfectly. Thankfully I read the reviews before purchasing and one of them mentioned using a heat gun on low or a blow dryer to warm it before and while installing. If not for that bit of advice I would have thought it was the wrong one. Don't stand still with the heat keep moving around in a circler motion just warm it to touch NOT MELT and it will fit perfectly.

Packaged well and arrived ok. Correct size though one or 2 corners never sat correctly on my first efforts. I Tried manually pulling the gasket to get the corners in, but it took a flat head screw driver to pry and stretch the corner into place. Also needed to push in that last corner with the screwdriver tip. After that, all fit well and door closed properly.

I checked with the manufacturer of my fridge first to see what part number fits then found it on Amazon cheaper than they charge. It was easy to pull out old seal and just as easy to place the new seal in and my fridge is keeping items cold again

Because it was shipped properly there were no kinks or folds to work out! I simply removed the old one, cleaned the surfaces, and pushed this one in. Couldn't have asked for more. WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!

I was delighted to find that this arrived in a box that fit the gasket without folding it. With no folds, I thought this would be a simple project. hahahah. The old gasket removes easily, but the new one is somewhat of a challenge to get it into the channel and the last corner is quite a challenge. Once completed, it fits and seals well, but be careful as you install it to be sure that the gasket fits tightly to the door. If not, it needs to be reset, and possibly remove it and start over. I found starting at the bottom corner and working to the opposite top corner allowed me to give the gasket the one super-duper pull needed to get the last corner set. The product is good, but the youtube videos on installing it are optimistic.

Bought the refrigerator gasket at the same time as the freezer gasket. Both arrived in a timely manner. The refrigerator gasket was a bit more challenging to install but overall an easy fix. My reason for 3 stars is because the gasket looked like it had been man-handled by someone with greasy hands. Despite cleaning efforts I have not been able to clean off the grease staining of my "new" gasket.
