I bought this for a 2011 Accord 2.4 after cross-referencing part numbers etc. It turns out this seems to fit all those cars and engines except for the PZEV emissions engine. I am not sure if it is a California emissions standard or not, but I would absolutely call the dealer with the vin # of your car to verify fitment if you are shopping for this part. The correct part number for my application ended up being 15815-R41-L01. As far as quality goes, of course it is 5 stars... I can verify is a quality Genuine Honda OEM gasket and I wouldn't use anything else considering how important it is for the engine to have the spool valve VTEC solenoid assembly not leaking.

Great gasket in original packaging can tell it is quality oem. Unfortunately it does not fit my 2009 Honda Accord lx p as it has different solenoid but that’s my fault for not checking. Great shipping and quality tho definitely would recommend.
