12 year old honda. SO MANY STORIES about this mid shaft bearing mount. the Utube video shows a light tap and its off..... I have to tear it apart and it STILL didnt detach from the old axle. If you have to replace the axle after > 5 years have one of these on hand - you will likely need it. If you want to try without replacing this - DO NOT get the drive shaft part out - any movement on the axle through this mount will block access to one of the 3 mounting bolts and you will be stuck - maybe with the shaft jammed and no solution other than to cut the mount. I cut the mount off in the end and replaced it. Job was simple after that
