The package came in its standard bag. It was delayed but given the pandemic it is understandable. My trunk could not close on my 1998 honda civic car. However, this replacement was perfect. I don't even have to slam the trunk anymore. Much easier to close with no effort.

Exactly what I needed! It works and it is easy to install. Just make sure to use the key to open the trunk. It helps it adjust.
