I had high hopes for the Genuine Ninja BL770 food processor, but unfortunately, my experience was a total disappointment from the start. Upon delivery, I discovered that the machine was already broken, highlighting just how poorly made and fragile it truly is.The cheap construction of this product became immediately apparent as soon as I attempted to use it. The blades were dull and ineffective, and the motor struggled to operate properly. It was clear that this food processor was not built to withstand even the slightest amount of use.I didn't even get the chance to use the machine before it broke, which speaks volumes about its lack of durability. It's incredibly frustrating to spend money on a product only to have it arrive in such poor condition.Overall, I would strongly advise against purchasing the Genuine Ninja BL770 food processor. It's a waste of money and a prime example of shoddy craftsmanship. Save yourself the hassle and invest in a more reliable option from a different brand.

Some how the original one that came with my Ninja cracked. I made sure it fits the exact model and yup. Perfect fit. A bit pricy but it is what it is.

Bought this bowl in July and it was a perfect fit and worked very well while it lasted. I used it fairly often, at least once a week and only hand washed it. Now the black part of the bowl that connects into the blender base (where the screws hold it together) just broke off.

This product is perfectly suited to our needs! We use this product on a daily basis to puree food. It is used once a day. However, we have to buy a new one every 30-45 days because the drive portion on the bottom breaks away from the main cup. It is held together by 4 screws which are screwed into plastic "pillars" on the bottom. It is a very useful product for us but the life span is way too short. The design is not very good but we take what is available. I would like for the manufacturer to redesign this specific part of the bowl!
