The parts fit as expected and was not difficult to install - use a pair of needle nose vise grips to hold the nuts in the tight spots and spray the bolts with a silicone lubricant prior to inserting in the paddles. Our Toro 621 QZE is back to working great, throwing snow a long way.

I had to drill out every hole on the scrapers. None of the black screws would fit in the holes. Plastic scraper, left the original on machine.

I'm not sure who some of the other people have purchased this kit from, but the kit I received was a genuine Toro scraper along with genuine Toro paddles. Shipped fast and installed perfectly.

The quality of the product is great, but the holes on the paddles are way too small. I had to soak the paddles in hot water for about 3–5 minutes to soften the rubber, then use a metal bar to stretch the hole. After that, I pressed the screw down with the flat side of a pair of pliers and hammered it in. Way too much improvisation, absolutely ridiculous! The only reason I paid double was for peace of mind that it would be an easy install. What a joke!
