I didn’t know what I was missing. The first time I used it on my Sentro 48 needle knitting machine, it took less than 5 minutes to make 120 rows. I sat and watched it keeping and eye on the yarn, watching for knots. One did get by me. And it stopped the machine. I highly recommend this for anyone who is tired of cranking the handle. It saved my arm. Very easy to set up.

Makes a huge difference! I do not recommend using it in super high speed or the Sentro will burn out. But using at middle speed works flawlessly!

Bot for a friend. Almost had to return it... very big and super heavy... but my son rescued her and fixed the problem. Probly won't be ordering another one tho...hoping this one lasts....

I have made lots of hats by hand....it sucks. At first its not too bad but sure gets old. I 3d printed one of the drill adapters and its just not what you should use at all. This thing is the answer. Very easy to mount and has enough weight to help hold the knitting machine. I did see some reviews about the 3rd screw and they didn't understand what it did, but it clearly shows you in the instructions its an addition brace. It has pictures.The variable speed is a really nice feature, along with the reverse. It has enough power to handle the yarn and does not bind up. No negatives to report with making 10+ hats with it non stop.

First issue is it comes with an American plug so you need an adapter. The bracket that attaches the unit to the machine is flimsy and only held on by one small bolt. This means that it moves when in use and, as was our case, jumps off the handle. Because this happens I would think that it wouldn’t be long until the bracket broke.

It came with a Chinese plug and the box and contents had been opened. Unsure that it is a new one.
