Great size. Though the metal fastener is flimsy. Went to pull on up so I could close it and it took the entire metal part off the envelope.

We frequently use this size of envelope for sending correspondence, invoicing and even shipping small parts. The envelopes are well constructed and durable. They have a reinforced clasp to hold the flap down firmly as well as a gummed adhesive for double securing them.They are not padded and are relatively thin so when we ship parts we use bubble wrap in addition. They are cost effective for using in shipping and that is our primary focus.If you are looking for envelopes for these types of requirements you may want to consider these.
