I just had a knee replacement and my surgeon requested knee sleeves like these. I looked at so many vendors but decided on these because they are a bit longer than others and the sizing seemed spot on…..I sized down as others have suggested. For my needs, I needed gentle compression and bands that didn’t dig in and these are perfect.

I bought these to try to help keep swelling down for about 6-8 weeks after a knee injury with meniscal tear, as due to a prior knee injury and ACL repair when my knee starts to put fluid into the joint, instead of the joint swelling up, mine leaks out into the muscle tissues in the back of my knee and down into my calf and up into the back of my thigh. So these were needed to try to keep pressure on those swolen tissues to push that fluid back into the lymphatics and blood stream so my muscles hurt less and to decrease the risk of developing blood clots in my leg veins that might migrate into my lungs.Regarding these leg compression sleeves, first, they appear well made with solid straight seams. Silicone grippers are a bit thin but functional. And the fabric itself is fairly sheer and lightweight, maybe too lightweight. Now my negatives: first the sizes are a bit large so I recommend you order at least one, maybe two, sizes below what the size chart suggests, in order to get any kind of snug compressing fit. Even then the compression may not be enough, as there is not enough lycra/spandex in the fabric mix to give much compression. Mine have now all made it thru the wash at least once and are all holding up well so far.Besides the recommendation to buy at least one size smaller than suggested by the size chart, I also recommend you NOT run these thru your laundry dryer, as doing so will likely decrease their longevity as well as what compression power they do have, as the elastic power of lycra/spandex fails over time due to chemical breakdown from excessive heat, like the heat present in your dryer. Better to just drape them on the shower rod or a towel rack or lay them across a dry towel on a counter top (like our moms used to do with nylons and panty hose), they should be dry within about an hour. Also, don't use liquid softener as it also chemically tends to break down the elastic component in the fabric faster than just regular wear and tear.Would I buy these again? Only if I could by a set a couple of sizes smaller than the ones I received. Then yes.

Ordered XL based off the size chart. Way too big around the thighs and would not stay up at all so were completely useless. Returned for size L. The L fit around the thigh better but would not stay up if doing anything more than moderate walking. Also they were very loose fitting and provided no compression at all (and I have big legs not twigs). Ended up returning the L as well since I was looking for something that provides some compression.

They do the job. For about 10 mins. Then they roll badly. You end up running with them rolled down at your ankles.

Bought these to protect a tattoo leg sleeve from the sun when paddle boarding. It is a bit early in the season so far, but for the few times I have used them already they are getting the job done. I've not had any issues with them riding up/down, but my legs aren't moving a ton while paddling so I probably can't give a fair assessment there.

I am 6'4" 330lbs. 46waist 34inseam. And i have lymphedema in both legs. I thought, there's no way these will fit me. But i went with the sizing chart and recommendation. I think the xxl is what i went with. They stay up for a little while but maybe an hour or two and they start slouching down. I got them for under my compression wraps but instead i started wearing them over the wrap wear. Over is nice in its own right kinda conseals the wraps and having multiple colors is a great option. I will be buying a size smaller right now. Perhaps i will wear under and over.

They just fall down around ankles riding bike. You would need to staple or duct tape them to your legs to stay in place.Don't waist your money.
