These are ridiculous, but I'm here for it. Tossing these in my disney park bag for the cooler winter months. When it rains, ponchos and rain coats only cover your upper body and your leggings end up soaked. These are great to use if it's pouring and you need to get back to your hotel. Then you just toss it.
