These are versatile and excellent. I prefer shorts with pad pockets built in. However, those are often too expensive and or have excess padding rendering them too cumbersome. These protect the area of a hip most likely to get injured in a fall. And breathe well enough. As well as grip well enough. Are flexible. And the padding seems to be good and offer protection. The PLACEBO EFFECT alone makes them worth it to ride with

Produit bien fait mais ne protège pas suffisamment. Évite certainement des éraflures ou blessures cutanées mais protection insuffisante pour le grand trochanter et/ou l'articulation (ou prothèse) sous jacente.

La tecnologÃa antimpacto es muy buena.Los acabados y materiales supremos.Pero se deslizan con el sudor.Las he utilizado bajo un pantalón protector del estilo malla ajustado y al principio perfecto, pero después de poco rato sudando se deslizan bastante, teniendo que recolocarlas constantemente.Me arrepiento de no haber comprado directamente los pantalones completos ya con las protecciones cosidas.

Great range of motion in these, the grip is pretty decent to the leg too. Can also be used as a bit of extra cushioning on other body parts too
