I use these bins for processing game meat. Cleans up easily and holds about 30 lbs of meat. They can stick together when stacked!

I cook outdoors several times a week year-round and there are a lot of dirty dishes that happen. Raw meat spatulas, raw meat trays, plates for other food that is going to get grilled, used tongs, used spatula, burger smasher... As I am through with these things, I simply toss them into a genuine busboy tub. When the smoking and grilling is complete, I pick up the tub with all of the dirty tools and carry them indoors. It makes for a neat and orderly cooking area. And it’s just fun to toss dirty things into the tub. My plastic tub is a Rubbermaid that is actually advertised as a busboy tub. It is one of my very favorite grilling tools. I like order and intentionality in my cooking area and this inexpensive upgrade provides a lot of coolness and capability.

If you are actually looking for dish tubs an actual full sized busboy could use in an actual full sized restaurant, do not buy these. I can carry more dishes in my hands than will fit in this tiny tub. I bought them to hydrate blocks of peat moss for gardening and the brick of peat moss doesn't have far to expand in this tiny bin. Disappointing.
