I bought this for my 11 year old neighbor who is a football and soccer player. He's been working on improving his strength, stamina and foot speed. Between the exercise cones, parachute and speed ladder he's been able to make progress on all of them.The parachute is the weakest. It just doesn't capture enough wind to provide a ton of resistance but is still enjoyed by him a lot. The speed ladder gets the most use as we'll do foot speed drills, and body weight exercise, such as planks, and pushes through the ladder.All in all, the 3 drills provide a great value. Very durable, and come in a nice bag for storage.

Received consolidated shipment, some items that were to remain flat are rounded due to packaging. Set them in the sun but they have yet to flatten out so they are not functional.
