It came in a new box and packaging but as opening it and putting it together it looked like someone had already used it. It was dirty with animal hair, dust bunnies and black smudges in places. Lots of scratches and the white paint coming off in places. This was a Christmas gift to me and I can hardly ever use it. The screws stripped the fake wood and come loose on their own. The legs want to fall off constantly. There’s glue marks on every drawer where the assembly unit at the processing center put the paper in for the drawers. Extremely disappointing. It comes with a strap for the wall stability but there’s no way I’d even bother because the thing will fall apart. Pricing is horrible for the poor quality of materials used. It’s junk.

Wife loved it and it was very easy to put together. The size is okay could have been bigger for the price, but overall it’s a good value. The lid and door closures are easy and smooth with plenty of storage.

I ordered this for my mother as she needed it for a gift. She buys a tall jewelry box for all the girls in the family when they reach a certain age. Great gift idea !This one she got for her great granddaughter and it was a HUGE hit.... Looks beautiful in her room..Worth the price for sure..

We were so excited to get this for our daughter for Christmas. We went to put it together and found one of the front legs was damaged, the velvet inside the drawers were not covering the whole drawer or it was scratched and messed up, the bottom drawer was stuck and not wanting to come out because a nut was messed up and we tried to fix it and it had been stripped and we couldn’t fix it. Lastly, the hinge was bent where you attach the mirror and had to be fixed. It is still usable of course but when you pay for something new you expect it to be nice and not have to fix anything.
