I ordered a pair of these shoes at the first of the year, and they came out of the box looking great, feeling of good quality, and had a good leather smell. I'm not sure if the "Chelsea boot" style runs big, but I usually wear a size 13-14 shoe/boot. When I tried some other brands of this style shoe like Kenneth Cole and Steve Madden, all of their size 13 shoes ran too big as well. They didn't have size 12's in stock, and I thought the stores I was at just ran big, so I went home and ordered a 13 in these. They fit the best, but still too big, so I ordered a size 12 and I was very happy!! I would recommend if you want the shoes to fit more like dress shoes and less like boots, order a size smaller.

I wore these with a purple suit in a wedding and the absolutely killed. The whole fit got innumerable compliments, but almost always punctuated by, "and those shoes!!". did not disappoint. They were comfortable, easy to slip on and off without feeling loose, and they just look great. ZERO complaints.

Got these for my husband as he needed a tan dress shoe and he doesn't like a traditional dress shoe. First we got the wrong size but not sure if the mistake there was on our end or theirs. At any rate, they shipped the proper size and it arrived in one day. Fits perfectly, it's very stylish and looks/feels like a much more expensive and better than many. He's very happy to have found these and they look great with his blue suit! He says they also feel comfortable but he's only tried them on for a few minutes, so we'll see if that rings true when he's had them on all day.

I really enjoy these boots, and I've only worn them once. The fit is perfect, and there's plenty of room for supportive inserts, which I use to protect my feet from the stresses of standing all day. That's something you won't always get with loafers.Of course, the material doesn't look like it's a pair of $400 Italian shoes. (I know the difference.) But then, these are affordable and more practical because you aren't scared to wear them every day. 5/5 stars in my book.

I ordered a color that, upon arrival, didn't match my expectations... not as brown as the picture showed... more of a butterscotch color. However, it's crucial to remember that color choices are highly subjective, and what I disliked might be a perfect match for someone else's style. While these boots may not have been the right fit for me, they could very well be an excellent choice for someone looking for a durable pair of leather Chelsea boots in a color that suits their taste.
