We've had this swing for about three months, and it's been fantastic! It took less than an hour to set up, and it’s still holding up great. I have three little kids under six, and they all pile on it together. It hasn’t shown any signs of wear or deterioration. Definitely recommend!

Everything goes together very easily and virtually no issue (I have seen reviews of others missing some stray bolts or parts, that was not the case for me), took less than an hour to put together.Wife and daughter use it almost daily for fun and just lounging. Holds very well and has pleasant colors to look at.I havent needed to contact the manufacturer but a representative did reach out to me to check on the products quality and how it was received.

Update 9/15- After I posted my review customer service reached out to offer a refund and any replacement parts. I do appreciate them making things right and have added 2 stars!I purchased this more for the frame than the swing itself. I had a bay swing and needed somewhere to put it. I'm surprised that the frame can hold up to 440lbs and I'm not sure I'd be willing to test it! It was a bit hard to build as a couple pieces/screws were bent/misshapen.Anchoring this thing down was near impossible. the stakes are supposed to go into the ground at an angle. I tried and quickly gave up. Directions were Horrific. We don't have this staked down but it is heavy enough that I'm not worried about it blowing over. Also, staking it down would make it hard to cut the grass around it. Sand bags to weigh it down would be a great addition.

Set as described, seems to be quality material. Easy assembly, grandson loves it. Did have delivery issues but that was fault of Fedex. Did purchase a new seat for 2 year old.

I took a chance on this and wow it’s been amazing. My 1 year old and 3 year old spend at least two hours a day in this. They take turns pushing each other in the saucer or individually rock back and forth. They have learned to pump their legs on the other swing and also love twisting them up and unraveling fast. Great addition to our yard, my ten year old even uses it!
