As a chef, I am always on the lookout for tools that can make my job in the kitchen easier and more efficient. When I came across the 96-Port Caviar Maker Box, I knew I had to give it a try. And I have to say, I am thoroughly impressed with this molecular gastronomy tool.Overall, I am extremely happy with my purchase of the 96-Port Caviar Maker Box. It has quickly become one of my go-to tools in the kitchen, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to add a little luxury to their food and drinks.

Worked perfectly and is a great product! Only issue was it said it came with directions which mine did not, so it took me a few minutes to figure out. After talking with the company they sent me the manual.

I disagree with the other review, as I own and use the JB Prince model as well. The ability to actually take apart the dropper head and actually clean it is what makes this product SOOOO much better than the JB Prince model. It is true that taking apart is slightly tedious, but it's not like you need a socket wrench to do it. You can manually turn the screws with your fingers, and that amount of torque is enough to secure a seal due to the silicone gasket inside. It's not the best system, but it never bothers me. Ideally, they would have designed the nylon nuts and screws so that they were bigger with a wing-nut style shape to make hand tightening easier. Compare this to the JB Prince model, where you CAN'T take it apart to clean it. This is not a big deal if you are using naturally dense fluids, that can clean out just by running water through the pipettes. However, if you have to use any type of emulsifiers/gums/XG, this makes cleaning the JB Prince model extremely tedious and a deal breaker. My only "con" about this device is that it doesn't come with a "drawing/pick up tray" for loading the caviar fluid, like the JB Prince model does. This allows you to load all 96 pipettes at the same time. If you try to load all 96 from the syringe, only the first 30-50 will load up, as there is not enough pressure or product volume to reach all 96 on one draw/load of the syringe. This isn't a big deal either, as I have several shallow rectangular tuperware that I use just for this purpose. This isn't the perfect caviar maker, but that's because the perfect one hasn't been made yet. For now, this is the best option out there.

So frustrated, does not suction up liquid. I tried to start a return, walked though their "try this" to make it work. Still no success, tried to just do a return and will not let me do any return. Very disappointed, would not recommend. Waste of money.

Threw this away and purchased a complete kit from local kitchen store for less money.

One of the corners of the upper shell is deformed, and will not seal to the inner silicone ring. There is a small gap, that prevents the shell from sealing and you cannot create a suction to draw up liquids. You just pull air in through the gap caused by the deformed plastic. I have been doing spherification for 15+ years, this is not user error. THIS ITEM CANNOT BE RETURNED. The troubleshooting suggestions recommend replacing the part, but no parts are available. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS PRODUCT.

Doesn't seem to work for me. Tried pumping it into the tray and it only comes out of a corner, defeats the purpose of having many holes when only some of it will be used.

Not the same product as in their video. They took a video off of YouTube. Also, this one doesn't even come with a tray. Buy the other brands that offer it for 35$ it's the same as this.
