This skirt is so great for ballroom it fits around the waste perfectly and it's long enough and it looks super cute on my daughter. Definitely would recommend this item.

The color is closer to neon yellow than green but my daughter loved it. She used it for her Latin Fusion class. She typically wears a 10/12 and this fit her well. It does shed quite a bit when you first open up the bag, just shake it out outside. Overall I would purchase again in other colors.
