I bought this to wear under a skirt (as a petticoat) to add some color and interest but you could definitely wear this as a skirt alone! I sized up for extra length and a looser waist band and I am glad I did! I’m 5’4†127 lbs for reference and got the large/xlarge. It is not very poofy so you could wear this without feeling like you are in a costume. The color I purchased is as expected. Would buy again!

I wouldn't buy it again. It was not flattering for my body type, but it served the purpose.My body type is 5'3" - 150 lbs. Short upper body and longer legs. I looked like a big pink ball.

This is a great adult skirt. It can be dressed up or down. The elastic waist fits a wide variety of bodies. The skirt is thick without being poofy. I’m 5’0â€; if I wear it at my natural waist it hits just above the knees.
