Mostly good quality but very disappointing that it did not include the A note Pitch Pipe that it was supposed to. It’s clearly blacked out by marker on both sides of the package. The description should state that it’s not included, instead of having customers find out the hard way. Ass for the rest of the product, the key is bent and there is a random piece of metal in the package as well; of what I assume would go with the pitch pipe. As for the rest of of the package, it is a good deal for the money for what you do get; but just know that you’ll still need to buy a pitch pipe.

This kit comes with everything you need to take basic care of your string instrument. Be sure to get professional instruction on how to use it first though! It comes with no directions and you don't want to ruin your instrument! I especially liked the compound for pegs. It really brought ease to tuning my viola and violin. The cleaning solution worked pretty well (shake first). I got a lot of gunk off my fingerboard in particular. I also like the little pitch pipe they threw in there. Very cute.

Would have been nice to have instructions for each item so beginner violin players could correctly use each item. However there were a lot of nice items included.

First is didn’t get the pitch pipe like stated. They even blacked it out of the label. There is some weird yellow broken glass/package all through out the package and a broken key?

Was missing a couple items. Would've like an instruction manual but other that those 2 faults it was okay.

The parts came broken, missing, or for the wrong sized instrument. Very poor quality product.

It's really good, but as a beginner, I wish there was a card or a brochure with the name of each tool inside and how would we use it. But amazing quality!
