Got this “used like new†and aside from the box being a little scratched in the outside, it was never opened! Score! I needed a solution for hanging my daughter’s bike while allowing my car to come and go. Luckily you can swivel this quite a bit, I also put a bungee cord on some eyelets to keep it from swaying. Very secure and easy to use! Gladiator ftw!!!!

We have been using the Gladiator wall tracks for garage storage for awhile now and have been pleased with the system. We had been using the bike hooks to keep our kids bikes off of the ground but as they have grown, so have their bikes and I struggled with lifting the heavier bikes in a way to get them secure on the prior hooks. Enter the "Advanced Bike Storage" system. This thing is SO EASY. I just need to get the tire in the "general area" and it takes care of the rest. We have been using this system now for over a year of regular use and have been impressed with the quality and durability of the product. We should have just started with these over the other bike hooks in the first place.

Fit both 2022 marlins fine but tire was to tall to fit fuel ex 7. Clamps hit about middle of rim. Product works fine as long as combined tire and rim height are within device tolerance.

This mounts your bike to the wall as though you are riding up the wall (or down, if you hang your bike from the rear wheel). If you're installing the system from scratch, get 3 pieces of track. One for the hook itself. Then gently hang the bike (so you don't mar your walls). Mark the wall where the tire in the hook hits the wall and then again where the other tire hits the wall. Then install a short section of track in each spot. This way, your tires won't leave marks on the wall and it's easy to clean/wipe the track when the bike tires leave dirt behind. It's a push button operation. When the clamp is open, insert your bike tire straight in and bob the orange button with the tire and it closes. Do the opposite to open.

I first decided to buy one to try out and and after hanging my mountain bike so quickly and neatly, I purchased two more to hang my other two bikes. While they are plastic they are definitely heavy duty. For those that are skeptical hanging a 50 lb bike from plastic, trust me they are up for the task. They look good, save space in your garage, and make it easy to hang and remove your bikes. While you could probably find a cheaper solution with some basic bike hooks, I don't think you'll find as eloquent a solution as this for the price. Recommend to anyone with Gladiator gear tracks. If you don't have gear tracks, they also have a version that allows you to hang a bike from a ceiling -

I purchased this quite some time ago and just got around to installing it. Install is easy, just put the hook on your track and flip the lever to secure it.As for usability, it is garbage. I tried to use it for my mountain bike with 2.3" wheels. This is an older bike with narrow wheels. Modern mountain bikes have much wider tires/wheels. The problem is there is too much slop in the claws. When you try to mount your bike, the claws close too late and hit the rim instead of going through the spokes to secure the tire. The only way to mount the bike is to reach up and pull the jaws closed with your hand while you are also supporting the bike attempting to mount it.This makes me question how they even mounted the bikes in the picture. I don't see how they used the product as advertised.I'm also not impressed by the injection molded plastic. It claims that it is rated for 50lbs. The older version of the gladiator bike claw that hung from the ceiling had some metal components and the jaws worked much better.
