Very sturdy solid construction. Makes beautiful music. Just wish it came with better mallets but I did not purchase this for those. 😅. Now my teen can play on the go and when he travels with ease!

I love how this instrument and mallets comes in it's carry case already packaged inside the box. When you unfold the instrument, there are black panels on the back that you rotate flush/parallel to the wood for added support and to keep instrument from closing while playing(just return panels to previous position when finished). The size of the instrument is just right. I purchased this percussion instrument for my daughter who is in band to practice at home. We both love it! Even I can play it! The sound of the notes exceed expectations! When you play the instrument with the included mallets, it brings the Hershey Kisses Christmas commercial, we wish you a merry Christmas, to mind of how clear the sound is.

My son loves this affordable glockenspiel! It is quite portable, has a good sound, and works well with the included mallets or regular drum sticks. The folding feature is nice and the included bag seems sturdy. I recommend this to any parent who has a band kid playing percussion!

Wasn't sure what to expect but this is a great little xylophone. Very handy that it folds in half. It has a great sound too. It's fun to play around with.

I'm no musician so I can't speak to it's sound quality but it sounds fine to me. I purchased this for my music loving 10 year old. The wooden frame is sturdy and well constructed. There are brackets at the back to secure the instrument in place when fully extended. The keys are a good size and the quality of them appear well made. Each key has the embossed note letter, which will come in handy as she starts to learn. I love that it comes with a carry case for safe keeping and transportation. Wish it came with some basic care instructions (how to care for the keys etc) but a quick google search I am sure will answer that. In summary my daughter is pretty happy to have an instrument that doesn't look like a baby's toy.
