These are beautiful. They are real glass, in a light gold color. Very beautiful both off and on. They will definitely make the home feel cozy without the fear of lighting something nearby on fire. They were packaged well and safely. The package was smaller than expected, but the candles seem true to the size in pictures. They take 3 triple A batteries EACH, so stock up on those or get some rechargeables. The plastic housing for the batteries on the bottom feels cheap, but remains unseen in use so it is of no concern. Perhaps on a shelf they might be mistaken for real, but up close it is clear they are not. The flickering is nice but you can choose a steady light instead, and they can get quite bright if you turn them all the way up. I find the default “candle†setting nice. I would buy these again or for a friend. I think they could be nice for a bathroom at night if you don’t want to turn the lights all the way on, or just a safer alternative to a candle.

Stop reading reviews and add these to your cart! These "candles" have a warm glow and can be set to either hold steady light or flicker like a real candle. They come with a remote to set light type, brightness, and duration which can be handy. The long battery life and adjustable brightness were exceptionally helpful during a recent power outage. They'll be a staple for emergencies and a fabulous addition to everyday decor. Enjoy!

I have bought many LED candles ever since they first came out about 12 years ago. These are by far the best ones I've ever acquired. I bought the gold ones, but it was a tough decision. I bet the grey ones are equally prettyThey are stunningly beautiful. The plastic looks like glass-real high quality.The options on the remote are fantastic. If you set the timer for 6 hours (say at 4pm) they will come on automatically every day at 4pm. If you don't like the candle body "flickering", you can set it to "light" and it will stay steady (although the "wick" will still move). I prefer the flickerWhen you go to move them, your brain tells you to not pick them up over handed (just like you wouldn't with a real candle), because they seem so real!You can also choose from several dimmer settings-my only gripe would be that the lowest setting is still pretty bright. No biggie I'll get used to it.I set one next to my bird cage and she did not like it at all. I think she thought it was real too!!! (yes I moved it:-)Just an outstanding value...

These candles are quite pretty when lit. The Amazon listing says batteries included-but each candle requires 2 AAA batteries. (Something to keep in mind when buying) Perhaps I didn't read the listing right-but that is the reason for 4 star review.

I love the look of the glimmering candles. Great to have a timer. Option of dim light or bright light with candles a plus. Perfect.

It requires 3 AA batteries and they've described it as 3 AAA batteries. I bought it as a gift with 9 3AAA batteries and the charger since that was given in the description. But the batteries required are of the size 3AA. I ended up wasting money on batteries i couldn't return and now can't use

My expectations were exceeded by FAR when these beautiful candles arrived. The glass is shiny and has an expensive look to them. I am so impressed by how real the flickering flames look! I am so so happy with my purchase and have been looking around the house to see where I could put another set, as they are so stunning. Excellent price point for the product quality.
