It came broken and missing pieces! The glass is so thin that it breaks when hot liquid is poured into it. I would never recommend this product, definitely a safety hazard!

If possible, this set is even more beautiful in person. When I opened the box before wrapping it for a friend’s gift, I found each item separated in its own space for protective cushioning. The quality and beauty is better than I hoped for, and it’s very sturdy and smooth. All of the pieces were easy to assemble, and the reaction by my friend when she opened this reaffirmed the reaction I had to it. It’s just stunning and looks like a piece of art that you can keep on display between uses.Highly recommend this especially if you’re looking for a special gift for a friend who has an appreciation for art and sculptures - that’s who I gifted this to and the emotional reaction to seeing it when she opened it let me know this was truly the perfect choice. It works as intended for making and dispensing tea, and I know she will get years of enjoyment from it.

This is pretty cool the way it works. My wife almost lost the ball because she dumped out the leaf not paying attention, luckily I was able to find it
