Floor Gap Fixing - I bought this to move a slat of vinyl flooring back into place (faux wood grain). There was a huge gap from it moving over time underneath a kitchen cabinet, with the outer edge inaccessible. It was unclear if this product would work: the headline says "Floor Gap Fixing," but the first description makes a point of saying "large glass sheets, tiles, and other smooth, non-porous materials with ease" - no mention of wood or wood-like vinyl, yet as you scroll down there is a picture labeled "Wooden flooring" and it says "Versatile Applications - Windows, Tiles, Wooden Flooring," so I figured I'd try it anyway, given it's not that expensive. I will say it's not perfect for what I needed, but it mostly did the job. At first, there was no suction at all (likely due to the wood grain), so I thought to cover the area with overlapping strips of shiny clear packing tape, and that worked, it was smooth enough to create a suction. After doing that I was able to manually pull the slat toward me to close the gap by about 98% (now it's pretty much not noticeable). With this material and method, the suction wasn't strong enough to hammer it perfectly into place at the end, using a hammer just pushed the suction cup along the slat, there was not strong enough hold to move the slat. All in all, I'm happy that it worked as well as it did. After testing it on very smooth nonporous surfaces (no texture at all), it seems to hold easily and very well. I think it will come in handy again someday for glass, etc. Giving 4 stars because I think they could be clearer about this when showing and mentioning wooden flooring, but maybe it does work better on very smooth real wood.

We needed a way to remove our tile panel covering our access to the motor for our jetted tub. The access panel is held in place by magnets and this tool grips the tile and pulled the panel out easily.

This seems like a great product. I've been able to use it to secure a heavy shower glass door and large format tiles. Just make sure both surfaces are clean. With a single action handle/ lever its easy to create suction. The handles are ergonomic and comfortable. The black finish is fine and it appears to be powder coated. The surface refinement looks like something straight from Harbor Freight. The bottom line is that this product does its intended job well.
