Twice in a row I have ordered glassware on Amazon and back to back it shows up broken...this time I just kept it and will have to buy a new condenser state side. This company did at least try with a foam box. I do recommend them but the condenser which I think is a great design obviously was vibrated harder than the coil could handle and it arrived broken. The flask and the Soxhlet extractor was just fine and looks to be good quality.
