Was trying to set it up and the zipper came completely off. Not worth the effort of returning with no printer for a label, so guess I'm just out the money.

My guinea pigs like this hideout, which looks exactly like the pictures EXCEPT it’s basically impossible to get it perfectly rounded. There’s a flexible wire that runs inside both ends which is great for supporting the tunnel. However, it’s really hard to get a nice round shape since the hide arrives folded flat with the wire bent in the middle. Once you unfold it the hide becomes a triangle or tent. The wire is pretty flexible so you can adjust the shape but don’t expect a nice cone.Other than that, it’s a soft hideout with a removable cushion on the bottom. My guinea pigs like the security it offers, and I think the price is reasonable. It is easy to wash since the wires are removable, and I would probably get it again.
