Your cart is empty. Before ordering, check whether AC or DC fired CDI is needed
If you have 3-wires going into the 4-plug side and 2-wires going into the 2-plug side you have AC Fire system.
If you have larger CDI box, 3 or 4 wires going into the 4-plug side and only 1 wire going into the 2-plug side, you have DC fired system.
Usually, DC CDI's tend to be larger in size than the AC ones.
Common AC CDI dimensions (LxWxH mm): 65x36x 22 or 58x33x22.
Common DC CDI dimensions (LxWxH mm): 75x42x24 or 96x55x24
Please note, reference dimensions not meant for racing CDIs
If engine will only run with battery, it is DC fired system.
If engine will run without a battery, it is a AC fired system.

I installed this CDI in my 49cc moped and Wow! Immediate 5 mph increase, flat ground, down hill, even up hill, more power and more speed. This is the easiest upgrade to install and get results.

It worked well for two years. Then the engine started to surge and falter. I thought it was possibly a fuel issue because it was intermittent at first. Like dirt in the carb. Cleaned the entire fuel system and carb. No improvement. Finally it just quit running. Thankfully close to home.Went back to the OEM CDI and it's now running fine.

I plugged in the new CDI and tried starting my scooter. The scooter turned over for a second and then nothing. I found the fuse coming off of the positive battery terminal was blown. I installed a new fuse and hooked up the old cdi and the scooter started right up. Again I tried the new cdi and it blew the fuse once again. I'm sure the new cdi is grounding out inside of the cdi box somewhere causing the it back-feed and blow the fuse. Meaning the new cdi was dead on arrival.

Installed the racing CDI on my 2021Gator S3 49cc moped with 175 miles this afternoon, easy swap out with the OEM. Fired up first try, on initial run, noticed added power going up hill. Added 10-15 MPH, easy cruising at 40-45 MPH without opening the throttle all the way. Caution should be taken not to exceed safe RPMs (max 7500 RPM), as it truly is a no-rev limiting CDI. So far so good, hopefully will last. Great value for the money, as described. Highly recommend.

Connecté, crainké 3 sec avant que le fusible de 10A saute. Changé le fusible, Remis le vieux CDI … et le scooter a démarré. Produit à éviter !
