I got these for myself and I am 67, they really help me relax. Before I go to bed I leave the light for about 15-20 minutes, to give them a good charge up. I stare up at them and they distract me from the thoughts of my busy day. I was very suprised to notice that they were still glowing the next morning. I will be ordering more of these to create an even bigger and brighter night sky. You don't have to be a kid to enjoy them, they are just the right size.

They don't have random dots or squares so that's nice. I usually keep a dim blacklight on during the day rather than having the window open because My son doesn't like it too bright so to be fair I'm sure they work well! I just need to brighten the blacklight.

I used the product in my bedroom and was looking forward to seeing the stars light up. You do have to expose the star stickers to light, but unfortunately the stars haven’t brightened up as much as I’d recommend.
